The arched dial with subsidiary calendar dials, date aperture to matted centre, ‘strike/silent’ above, the case with brass label ‘Joh. Reruam / London’, the three train fusee movement with verge escapement striking the quarters on six bells, the hours on a further bell, the backplate further signed ‘Andreas Schifflen, Ulm’ within an engraved border, later seatboard
