CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, DEBUT DU XIXEME SIECLE
Yama is standing in pratyalidhasana on a bull and figure reclining on a lotus base. He brandishes with his right hand the club and his left shows the tarjanimudra. He wears a tiger-skirt, jewellery set with turquoise beads. His bull-face is adorned with a pair of horns and a red-coloured flaming hairdo. His consort embraces him; sealed.
