A CARVED RED GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
IMPERIAL, PALACE WORKSHOPS, BEIJING, 1720-1780
The bottle is carved on either side with a roundel, one with a hawk perched on a rock emerging from waves, the other with the moon rising from waves with a bat flying above, all set between mask and ring handles on the shoulders.
