A RED-OVERLAY 'SNOWSTORM' GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE

The bottle is carved through the deep-red overlay to the translucent, bubble-suffused ground with a continuous scene of scholars gathering in various leisurely pursuits beneath arching pine trees and a tall plantain tree.
2 7/8 in. (7.3 cm.) high, jade stopper
