ONE WITH SIGNATURE OF LUTF'ALI, QAJAR IRAN, 19TH CENTURY
Transparent and opaque pigments on paper, comprising a flowering rose with signature of Lutf'ali and date of AH 1257; a rose bush with a butterfly; three irises with bees and a butterfly; and a grisaille study of an iris; each laid down on coloured card with gold and polychrome borders
