A RARE AND UNUSUAL TWO-TONE ZITAN BRUSH POT
18TH-EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The brush pot is thickly carved as a stalk of bamboo with a smaller section with leafy bamboo branches growing along its side. The brush pot is coated with black stain in select areas giving the wood a two-toned appearance.
