A WHITE JADE CARVING OF A BASKET AND COVER
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)
The jade is carved as a basket, decorated with cross-hatched designs containing wan emblems. The rim is set with a pair of cloud-shaped rings connected with a 'U'-shaped loose handle. The semi-translucent stone is of an even white tone.
