SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)

The Qingbai bowls of this design are extremely rare. Compare to a slightly larger qingbai example with virtually identical design sold at Christie's New York, 21 March 2002, lot 148. Compare also a similar design illustrated in line drawing by J. Wirgin, Sung Ceramic Designs, London, 1979, fig. 12d.
