TWO PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLES
JINGDEZHEN KILNS, 1770-1900
The first bottle, 1840-1900, is decorated with iron-red seals on both sides and with a four-character inscription on the base reading zizi sunsun ('Sons and Grandsons [to be treasured forever]'). The second bottle, 1770-1830, is a rare export example with a stippled white ground decorated on each side with a famille rose ovoid floral panel.
3 and 3 1/8 in. (7.6 and 8 cm.) high, jadeite and hardstone stoppers
