A HUANGHUALI BURL-FORM BRUSH POT
17TH CENTURY
The thick sides of the brush pot are carved in imitation of burl root, and are of rich honey-brown color and with an attractive grain. The slightly concave base lacks its plug.
10 ¼ in. (26 cm.) diam.
