A BRONZE BELL AND A VAJRA
TIBET, 17TH CENTURY
The bell is cast to the handle with a gilt deity, inset with turquoise, below a four-pronged vajra, all above the bell decorated with Buddhist emblems within beaded garlands. The vajra is cast to the central section with lotus friezes centred by a rounded knob.
