A SET OF FOUR CINNABAR LACQUER AND INLAID 'BIRDS AND FLOWER' PANELS

Each rectangular panel is carved with a floral cell pattern and it is inlaid in soapstone, mother-of-pearl and hardstone with a pair of birds and flowers, including a pair of pheasants near a prunus tree, a pair of Mandarin ducks in a lotus pond, a pair of magpies flying above a pine tree and a pair of parrots amongst a flowering rose.
Each panel 36 x 15 1/8 in. (91.5 x 38.5), including wood frames
