TONGZHI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1862-1874)
The delicately potted cup is decorated to the exterior with two dragons, one facing forwards and the other glancing backwards, chasing flaming pearls surrounded by scrolling clouds, all between a band of waves to the foot and a double line to the mouth rim.
2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) diam.
