On high tapering foot, the decoration consisting of repeating cusped medallions with hanging palmettes, with flanged neck, serpentine spout with dragon head mouth, the head's lips engraved as two lion heads

Lot Essay

The original owner’s inscription worked into the design on the body under the base of the spout reads “sahibahu …… Beg”
