A pair of famille rose pilgrim flasks
with moulded guei dragons to the shoulders, painted and gilt with roundels of an official on horseback and attendants carrying banners in rocky landscapes, the reverses with phoenix amongst peonies and magnolia issuing from rockwork, all on blue grounds of scrolling lotus and peach sprays above bands of lappets to the feet -- 9½in. (24.2cm) high, (gilt rubbing, chips to dragons, one dragon broken and restuck).
