Lot Essay

This cup may be compared with the smaller pale green cup (2.4 cm. high) illustrated in Zhongguo meishu quanji - Gongyi meishu bian, 10, Beijing, 1987, p. 118, no. 225, which appears to be slightly thicker than the present cup.
