A SLIP DECORATED AND ENAMELED STONEWARE SNUFF BOTTLE
YIXING, 1820-1850
The bottlle features a slip-decorated panel on either side set against the overall blue-enameled body. The panel on one side depicts a pair of doves in front of a bamboo grove, and the other side depicts a pair of Pekingese dogs beneath a fruiting pomegranate branch.
