All four seasons are depicted and the lithographs capture a romatic period in time, when Bordeaux was a dreamscape of sleepy vineyards, fairytale castles and horses and carts.

A set of twenty original hand printed limited edition lithographs by Charles Mozley.
Charles Mozley, 1915-1991, was one of England's most versatile and brilliant draughtsman. His wickedly witty drawings were a feature of merchants' lists and those of restaurants, notably the Mirabelle; also well known to American book collectors for his illustrations and designs for the Limited Edition Book Club of New York.
The Châteaux of Bordeaux was commissioned by Hedges and Butler, Wine Merchants founded in 1667. The following Châteaux are depicted and described: Lafite, Margaux, Mouton-Rothschild, Haut-Brion, Ausone, Cheval-Blanc, Pétrus, d'Yquem, Beychevelle, Cos d'Estournel, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Gruaud-Larose, d'Issan, Lagrange, Lascombes, Langoa-Barton, La Mission-Haut-Brion, Palmer, Pichon-Longueville, Comtesse de Lalande and Vieux Château Certan.
