of part-fluted moulded oblong form, with rising curved spout, egg and dart, shell and foliate everted rim, fixed fluted ebonised wood handle and part-fluted domed hinged cover with fluted oblong wood finial, on a slat-pierced shaped oblong stand with conforming border and flute and paw feet, fitted with a burner, William Hutton & Sons Ltd., London 1895 - 12½in. (31.75cm.), 49oz. gross.
