A Victorian gilt-lined sugar basin and cream jug
in the 18th Century taste, each on a rising beaded foot and with a beaded rim, the bodies bright-cut with bow, floral and foliate swags with geometric friezes above, each also engraved with a monogram and motto within a garter cartouche with crown above, and with a date June 1873, the tapering oval sugar basin with reeded swing handle, the tapering circular cream jug with scroll handle, Andrew Crespel & Thomas Parker, London 1870 and 1872 - height of sugar basin 6in. (15.25cm.) overall, 14.75oz.
