MING DYNASTY, 16TH-17TH CENTURY
The figure is cast standing with both hands clasped in front of the chest, dressed in a double monastic robes with wide sleeves falling in naturalistic folds. The head is modelled with a shaven head and the eyes downcast under slightly arched brows.
