A BLUE AND WHITE 'PEACH BLOSSOM' 'MONTH' CUP
KANGXI SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1662-1722)
Representing the third lunar month, the cup is finely decorated on one side with a blossoming peach tree and is inscribed on the other side with a short poem referring to springtime.
2 9⁄16 in. (6.6 cm.) diam.
