NOTE:
The recipient likely refers to Chan Ching-pow (born around 1912) from Xiamen, Fujian. In the 1960s, he founded Po Wah Land Investment Company, which developed many buildings in Hong Kong whose names began with the character “Po”. He also served as a director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
