A German porcelain pipe bowl
probably Meissen (Marcolini), the slender bowl painted with a loose spray of garden flowers, the reverse with a lesser sprigs, applied with a white metal mount and hinged domed cover -- 10.5cm. high, late 18th century (minor crack to terminal, very minor scratches)
