each of moulded circular form and on openwork beaded scrolling foliate feet, chased and embossed with flowers, foliage and C-scrolls and engraved with monograms, with elaborate scroll handles, the coffee pot with mask-chased rising curved spout with bird's head terminal and domed hinged cover with finial modelled as a bird with outstretched wings, the sugar basin gilt-lined, the coffee pot Mackay & Chisholm, Sheffield 1857, the sugar basin Martin Hall & Co., Sheffield 1858 - height of coffee pot 10½in.
