A large makemono in sumi, gofun, colour and gilt on silk depicting a continuous scene with a multitude of horses grazing, frolicking and galloping in a rocky flower strewn landscape, some wading in and drinking from a meandering river, others further on before a rushing torrent, the final section with willow in a snow covered landscape, signed Tosa Fujiwara Mitsuyoshi and sealed, (very light soiled and minor creases to some areas).
