BERLIN 1936 -- A brass chain-of-office presented to the Organisers of the XI Olympic Games, the five Olympic rings enamelled in appropriate colours suspending a profile plaque, the reverse engraved: "XI Olympiade, Berlin 1936," the chain with six similar similar plaques, each depicting sports in the ancient Grecian Games (coloured Olympic rings rubbed), 900mm. (35½in.) long.
