The foliate cast one-piece cariatides case mounted with renaissance figures within niches to each angke, the handle modelled as addorsed amorini, with foliate engraved mask to the white enamel Roman dial with trefoil hands signed HENRY ET CO PARIS, Bolviller type platform lever escapement, countwheel strike on bell to the backplate stamped with repeat signature, re-gilt -- 6¼in. (16cm.) high
