The naturalistic case surmounted by an equestrian group of a naked youth tumbling from a horse, on rectangular plinth with lanceolate leaf gallery and scroll cast base, oak leaf cast bezel to the silvered Roman chapter ring with seconds ring over XII, steel moon hands, the single barrel movement with silk suspension signed on the backplate Robert A Paris (detached); presently fitted with later movement -- 10¾in. (27.5cm.) high
