The breakarch hood with arched cresting and chamfered front angles, small glazed circular panels to the sides, the arched trunk door with line inlay and central conch shell patera, with bats' wings to the lower corners, flanked by fluted 3/4 pilasters, with conforming inlay to the plinth on bracket feet, the 13in. (33cm.) diameter white dial (re-painted) with strike/silent lever above XII, large spade hands, the four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement (bell detached)
