Specialist Talk: Maharajas & Mughal Magnificence

Rahul Kadakia, International Head of Jewellery, unveils this unprecedented group of jewels, gemstones, and decorative objects exploring the creative dialogue between India and the West. Discover almost four hundred lots spanning over five hundred years of craftmanship through pieces made by Bulgari, Cartier, Janesich, Lacloche, Linzeler, Mauboussin, and Mellerio, along with contemporary creations by Bhagat and JAR.

Chinese Opera Stories

Lin Fengmian depicts figures from classical Chinese opera in a distinctly modern way, breaking down complex costumes into simple yet dynamic shapes and lines. Peking opera artist Ms Eunice Ng will perform a scene from The Cosmic Sword on which the Lin Fengmian masterpiece is based.

Specialist Talk: The Rothschild Collection

Discover a story of collecting with Cecille Xichu Wang, Representative, Old Master Group which spans centuries and an aesthetic that has inspired many American and European interiors since the 19th century.

Specialist Talk: The Lunar Manual

Relive the Apollo 11 moon landing with Sophie Hopkins, Books & Manuscripts Specialist, who will retrace the event according to the flight manual used and annotated by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to land the Eagle on the moon in 1969.
