Sophistication and Glamour
This sale presents two private collections from London – Wilton Crescent in Belgravia and Avenue Road in Regent's Park – which offer much more besides their stunning decorative appeal. Refined and sophisticated, the Belgravia collection contains numerous lots of academic interest, offering a look of scholarly elegance. In contrast, the Regent's Park property's interiors were designed and furnished as a whole to create a coherent look, evoking the glamour and grandeur of the French Empire period.
