A CARVED AND PIERCED CELADON JADE 'DRAGON' VASE AND COVER

The vase is carved in high relief with a scaly dragon coiled around its body in pursuit of a flaming pearl, cloud scrolls encircle the base. The stone is of a celadon tone with russet and cloudy white inclusions and flecks.
