MARK OF JOHN PARKER AND EDWARD WAKELIN, LONDON, CIRCA 1760
The boat-shaped stand with gadrooned bordered and reeded handles, the two cut-glass bottles with foliage cast mounts and reeded handle, with differing foot mounts, the stand engraved with three differing crests, one below a viscount's coronet, marked under stand with maker's mark only three times, further engraved with a scratchweight '22=18'

the stand 22 oz. 5 dwt. (692 gr.)
The crest with viscount's coronet is that of Molesworth, almost certainly for Richard, 4th Viscount Molesworth (1748-1793).
