Two gilt-metal ruyi scepters of this type, also decorated around the sides with auspicious motifs and mounted with mottled green jadeite plaques, are in the National Palace Museum, Taiwan, and illustrated in Auspicious Ju-i Scepters of China, National Palace Museum, Taipei, 1995, pp. 132-33, nos. 59-60.
