Each helmet-shaped with gadrooned rim, with quilted and foliage cast scroll handles, on gadrooned and shell cast foot, engraved with a crest below an earl's coronet, each marked underneath, further engraved with number and scratchweight 'No 3 23=10'; 'No 4 22=19'; 'No 5 25?' and 'No 6 24=4'

The crest is that of Gower almost certainly for Granville, 2nd Earl Gower (1721-1803), later created 1st Marquess of Stafford. He succeeded his father on the latter's death in 1754. His son was created 1st Duke of Sutherland in 1833. (4)
