A related service from Clonbrock House, Galway, was sold by Mr and Mrs Luke Dillon-Mahon, Christie's House sale, 2 November 1976, lots 756, 761 and 757. Another two plates were sold anonymously in these Rooms, 25 November 2003 lot 22. A similar plate from the collection of Mr. F. Brayshaw Gilhespy's collection is illustrated by F. Severne Mackenna, Chelsea Porcelain, The Gold Anchor Wares, Leigh-on-Sea, 1952, pl. 7, no. 12.
