With rebrowned twist sighted barrels (rib and two ramrod-pipes replaced), engraved patent breeches each with small platinum plug, scroll engraved case-hardened tang, signed case-hardened foliate engraved rounded locks (hammers replaced), highly figured maple half-stock (minor repair), engraved blued steel mounts (rubbed), trigger-plate with pineapple-shaped finial, vacant silver escutcheon, and original brass-mounted ramrod (rebreeched and refinished during the gun's working life): in relined and refitted mahogany case with some accessories including brass cap dispenser with lanyard, the lid (split) with flush-fitting carrying handle and escutcheon engraved 'Teavil Leeson, Junr.', London proof marks
