SIGNED ICHIRYUKEN TOSHIMITSU HORU, HIRATA SHIGEMITSU ZO, 19TH CENTURY
Finely carved with cranes among a bamboo grove, parts of the cranes in iron hirazogan and the details of the bamboo leaves and cranes in gilt nunomezogan, the bottom edge decorated with a band of grapes and grape vines in silver and gold nunomezogan, the top edge attached with an iron band decorated similarly, the top surface with cherry blossom in silver nunomezogan
