A Stockelsdorf shaped rectangular jardinière and stand
Circa 1775
Similar to the preceding, the long sides painted with estuary scenes with ships at anchor before figures and arched and turreted buildings, the stand painted in shades of blue with flower-sprays (the flower-pot with two slight hairline cracks and slight repair to one corner, minor glaze flaking to both pieces), grey Stff. and B/ff.
The stand 14½in. (37cm.) wide
