The silvered engraved regulator dial of typical layout with blued steel hands, wound through the hour hand arbor and signed in the centre Emil Richter Beuthen, O.S., the movement with four double-screwed pillars, maintaining power, the deadbeat escapement with adjustable steel pallets and jewelled to the 'scape and third wheels, the backboard-suspended steel rod pendulum with weight platform and calibrated adjusting knob, the rectangular case with glazed trunk door, the hood door hingeing outwards in the normal manner but opening further by releasing two catches on the inside
