A creamware 'Toper' Toby-jug
Circa 1770
Modelled by the same hand as the preceding, his incised brown hair en queue and with a white rosette and with dark-brown side-curls, seated holding a posy in his right hand, in striped blue and yellow frock-coat, white waistcoat and shirt, blue breeches and dark-brown shoes, the loop handle with incised dash ornament (extensive damage and repair to hat, arms, back of frock-coat and chip to base at front)
