The hexafoil stand on four shell and scroll feet and with openwork frame and with leaf-capped scroll supports and detachable leaf-capped rim handle with baluster stem, applied with two shaped-oval cartouches, fitted with three inverted pear-shaped casters, each on spreading circular foot and with pierced domed cover with bell-shaped finial and with six plain cylindrical spice boxes each with domed cover and ball finial, and with three cut-glass bottles each with domed cover and ball finials, the stand later engraved with a coat-of-arms beneath Earl's coronet, the casters, bottle covers and spice boxes each later engraved with a crest beneath Earl's coronet, marked on stand, spice boxes and casters, the bottle covers, spice box covers and handle unmarked
