A Greek Geometric oinochoe

With pinched spout, the neck decorated with orangey-brown zigzags, encircling lines and stripes, the shoulder with cross-hatched triangles and rows of dots, encircling lines around the lower body, 4 7/8 in. (12.2 cm.) high; an Attic black-figure lekythos, the shoulder with two snarling lions, the main body frieze with two armed warriors wearing crested helmets, shields and carrying spears, fleeing and looking back at two horsemen who are in pursuit, details incised and in added purple, late 6th Century B.C., 4 in. (10 cm.) high; and an Apulian black glazed round-mouthed oinochoe with high looped strap handle, decorated with a female head in profile to the left, her hair bound up in a sakkos, with ringlets escaping and framing her face, wearing earrings and a necklace, white slip for the face, handle repaired, 5 7/8 in.
