Worked in couched gold threads and satin stich with eight four-clawed mang dragons confronting flaming pearls, amidst cloud clusters interspersed with various flower sprays, above the terrestrial diagram and lishui stripe at the hem, with similarly decorated collar and cuffs, all picked out in bright threads of blue, orange, yellow, green and white, reserved on an attractive reddish-brown ground
