A hurried letter by the famous singer asking the recipient to send the clothes, which she originally asked to be sent to Hamburg, on to Dresden. She apologizes for making the request and includes her Dresden address. Lind toured extensively in Europe and the United States between 1842 and 1852; she married her accompanist Otto Goldschmidt in February 1852, but continued an active career, giving her last public performance in 1883.
