The silvered Roman chapter ring within an entrelac ormolu bezel and with blued steel moon hands, foliate-engraved gilt center, the twin barrel movement with anchor escapement and silk suspended pendulum with strike on bell, the case with naturalistic bronze base and an amourous couple in an embrace supported on a bombé plinth cast with foliage and trophies emblematic of the Arts, on scrolling foliate gadrooned feet with female masks and lion-head terminals
