Of oval section decorated in yamimaki-e on a roiro-nuri ground with chrysanthemum roundels, one large and two smaller on the reverse, interior cases gyobu-nashiji; fitted with a lacquered bead ojime designed with chrysanthemums, and a wood netsuke carved as a smiling Okame mask--3¾in. (9.5cm.) high
