the complete set of four lithographs, circa 1820, on wove paper, all signed and dated 1815 in the stone only, with full margins, deckled on two sides, trimmed on the other two sides when the sheets were divided, D. 2 with a glue stain at bottom left, D. 4 with a diagonal crease at the bottom left margin corner, minor surface soiling, all generally in good condition

The subjects are Lord and Lady Glenbervie, their son, Frederic, and Lady Glenbervie's brother, all of whom were drawn in Rome in 1815. The original drawings were then used by Hulmandel to produce the lithographs which were printed from one stone and divided after printing.
