The silvered dial signed John Arnold & Son, London No 48, Roman hour numerals, outer minutes dial with Arabic five minute intermarkers 60-5-10 et seque, large subsidiary seconds dial interrupting hour numeral (at VI), blued steel hands, full plate movement signed John Arnold & Son London, No 48, Invt et Fecit, Arnold escapement and detent with steel locking pallet, bi-metallic Z balance with polished steel cross-arm, oversprung gold helical balance spring, balance cock with adjustable index arm, contained in octagonal mahogany box, hinged top with inset bezel and convex glass.
